
While I’m not big on new year’s resolutions, I do like to spend some time thinking about the year ahead and the year behind. This year, I decided there are two words that I want to serve as my guides: simplicity and consistency. I think they will take me a long way, don’t you?

good point! i was hearing someone speak on the radio yesterday & they mentioned that one reason people fail to keep resolutions is that they look at only the ends rather than the means – you have to enjoy the journey if you want to get somewhere – simplify things & don’t put pressure on reaching an unobtainable goal…
