Daily Dose of Green

March 8, 2010

We made it to LA in one piece and are feeling fantastic! Alex was an amazing traveller. Not a peep (although a few joyful shrieks) for the six hour flight. We had sublime fish tacos for lunch, followed by a walk on the beach. This is the view from our room. A perfect antidote to my NYC winter blahs.

That looks wonderful!! And I thought we were blessed with sunny spring here in oslo… haha! After 3 months with minus 20 C it’s hard to remember what a real spring/summer is supposed to look like ;) ( plus 3 C and sunny weather today in norway!)

Love the wallpaper in your heading. I used a similar one in my kitchen today, feel free to have a look @ http://www.crj-design.blogspot.com

Enjoy warm, sunny days!

Oh, beautiful. I have the Brooklyn winter blahs myself. I might be going to L.A. this summer – this post makes me even more excited! :)

OK, I can tell you right now that I would NOT have the same report if I were to fly with Devon. She is the opposite of quiet! I can’t wait to meet little man. I think they’ll get along famously. Enjoy your vacay:)

That’s so funny. That was one of my West Coast quests also. Found it in a Mexican lunchonete in the “fashion district.” Next time, I’ll check your spot out.

The composition of the image looks well-composed. That post at the lower right makes the the page seem like it can be pulled out. And the flowers have a very vintage feel. Perfect for such a nostalgic photo. Good shot.
