This Brooklyn brownstone from this month’s Vogue, of all places, is amazing. Thanks for the tip, Stephanie!  And, yes, my friends are keeping me caught up on the best of the web this month while I spirit to the end of my thesis. (Thank god for friends!)

This may have been one of my favorites houses ever seen in Vogue! Aside from the fact that her girls are unbelievably cute :) every room in her house had me smitten!

I have to go buy this issue JUST for this house! I’m obsessed with the color palette.

That fantastic mural has me aching for more colour in my all white surroundings! Wonderfully sublime:) All the best with that final sprint to completion!

I love these rooms! And so I was so shocked when I posted about them on our blog (http://www.hitherandthither.net/2010/01/playing-with-patterns.html) and got primarily negative reactions… Shocked! They’re really impressive: the layering of all those textures and patterns takes such a creative eye (and guts)!
