Le tur is one of my all time favorite cheeses! We do cheese thursday every week at my office, and very often frequent the Murray’s in Grand Central!

Abbey! this is hands down my favorite cheese on earth. I rarely find anyone that appreciates it as much as I do.

The only downside to naming a child after this heaven-sent delicacy is that children will likely call him or her “later.” Given that kids can make fun of virtually any name, that could almost be a plus!
