Happy Walls

This image caught my eye as in our old apartment (below) we had lots of “leaning” art (see more of that apartment over at Design*Sponge). I loved it in that apartment (but we’ve been hanging all our art in this new one!). Something about this image above just seems clean and modern and crisp. It helps that I love the art collection! I don’t have much leaning art, but I do love the concept. Mostly because it is so easy to change the arrangement and keep it fresh by adding and taking away!

i love having lots of pictures up, especially when they are hung in an almost random fashion, it makes everything look really comfortable and stops the place looking like a museum! i cant wait until i live in an apt with a fireplace so i can frame and display all my ‘learning’ works in the way you have – i just love what you have done!! another great way to hang learning works (or any works!) – bulldog clips! seriously, it looks great, especially if you are hanging a print and the paper is warped from the water!!

I love collections such as these pictures. I keep meaning to do my own but time just has not existed for me to do such a task. lol.

I like the concept of intentional leaning art. It makes sense and really does look great when done right. There are so many practical and artistic reasons for implementing this approach.

I love that. I wish that I had an inexpensive framing option – all of my art just travels around packed flat in a big box. I agree – there is something really sophisticated and kind of casual-chic about leaning art.
