My husbands parents were from the town of Waterbury, VT…now home to Ben and Jerrys Ice Cream. Vermont in July is absolutely beautiful every which way you look. Climb to the top of Mt. Mansfield..it is do-able, you can drive above the ski slope to the beginning of the rock top…the view is wonderful. And eat strawberries…sweetest I’ve ever had. Oh I’m jealous…think of me while you’re there.
