Photowalls from Cookie Magazine

September 9, 2007

Came across this photowall via Cup of Jo. (Joanna wrote the house tour for Cookie — check out the rest of the profile, it’s deliciously full of energy, silhouettes and lovely bits!) It’s different than the photowalls I blogged here, but more organic and authentic. I could see doing this with photos of your garden, friends, view out your window too. I wonder how the photos are attached to the wall — maybe just tape? UPDATE: Lexi pointed out that this lovely house is owned by this blogger.

I like that! Happy wall. I used to have my fridge door filled to every centimeter with photos and postcards I liked. I like how you can walk up to the wall and have a closer look at whatever you fancy for the moment. Actually, I like anything where there is a lot of detail and you have to be close up to see.

Love it! That picture looks like it’s NieNie’s! I’d recognize her kids anywhere; they are so cute!

it’s very dramatic but soft. wonderful project for someone who can never get around to framing.
